Water from thin air is a cool idea
A MACHINE that converts air into drinking water could help Australians cope with the water shortage crisis, its manufacturer claims.
Looking like a water cooler, the Skywater-300 uses a fan to draw in surrounding air and passes it across refrigerator coils to cool the water vapour it contains, turning it into liquid.
